I've been working on a lot of collages lately. They came out of personal ideas on (and experiences with) gender, sexuality, erotic gesture, and metamessages. I am still just enjoying playing around with process. I'll continue to make a ton of them until I can really dissect and assess the series. Right now, they each feel like short visual poems.
I'm looking forward to making more of these with my own photographs and printing these collages digitally on to fabric and wallpaper.
